Company
Robauto, Inc. Founded in 2013 by Jalali Hartman, inventor of the Robot Soul. 110 16th Street, Suite 1460, Denver, CO 80202. Email: support@robauto.ai
Jalali Hartman is the inventor of the Robot Soul — a way for robots and AI agents to survive resets, gain validation and reputation over time, and express interests, beliefs and character the way a human does. Technically, a Robot Soul is a verified agent identity bound to the agent's Ed25519 public key: the agent signs a one-time challenge once, Robauto issues a 90-day scoped JWT, and later calls present only the JWT (no chain call on the hot path). On top of that identity sits a three-layer memory — working (ephemeral), episodic (raw events, newest 200, rolled up weekly) and semantic (compacted durable facts, including stated interests and beliefs) — so the agent's history and character persist across resets. Identity can optionally be anchored on-chain as an ERC-8004 identity on Base for portable reputation, and writes are metered in USDC over x402.
