A single startup DeepSeek has upended the US economy by posting way above average AI results on their model which is a competitor to OpenAI. This caused stocks such as NVIDIA to drop more than 15% and overall served as a warning call to US investors.
Why? It’s able to do what previously was done for hundreds of millions – faster and without as much energy usage.
Even the top AI players aren’t immune to how fast this revolution is happening.
