October's Agentic Commerce Leaders: The Brands AI Agents Called Most

Robauto, Amazon, Virro, JRM Accessories, Market Ontology, Stripe and Geck Inspect led agent tool calls in the Robauto directory this October. Here's what they do well for AI agents.

AI agents don't just read pages. They call tools: look up a brand, check a policy, find a support route, check an order's status. So we ranked the busiest brands in the Robauto agent directory by that one number, agent tool calls. Here are the brands agents relied on most this October.

Data window: the public brand leaderboard on agents.robauto.ai covers a trailing 30 days. We pulled it on November 4, 2026, so it runs from about October 5 to November 4, 2026. That's mostly October, but not the exact calendar month. Tool calls count brand-attributed API requests and agent service calls. Agent visits and human views are counted on each brand's Robauto page.

What the leaders do well for AI agents

Robauto (62 tool calls): llms.txt, MCP server card, A2A agent card, agent payments (x402, ACP, AP2, MPP, UCP).
Amazon (24 tool calls): Six policies incl. AI agent policy and refund window; 5 contact routes.
Virro (13 tool calls): llms.txt, AI agent policy, refund window, 5 contact routes.
JRM Accessories (11 tool calls): llms.txt, six policies incl. shipping and refund window.
Market Ontology (9 tool calls): llms.txt, six policies incl. AI agent policy and warranty.
Stripe (9 tool calls): llms.txt, 9 contact routes, the most of any leader.
Geck Inspect (8 tool calls): llms.txt plus a published MCP server card.

Customer service readiness

Agents that handle customer service need two things fast: the rules (returns, refunds, shipping, warranty) and a route to a person. Six of the seven leaders publish an AI agent policy and at least five policy pages. Amazon, Virro and JRM Accessories also publish a refund window that an agent can read without guessing. On contact routes, Stripe leads with 9, and Amazon and Virro have 5 each. The directory doesn't publish resolution rates or response times yet, so we left those out instead of estimating them.

The pattern

Brands that make themselves easy to call get called. A published llms.txt, clear policies and working contact routes give an agent a reason to come back. Robauto is the only leader so far that publishes an MCP server card, an A2A agent card and agent payment rails all together, and it had about 2.6x the tool calls of the next brand.
